Teresa Arellano holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton and the founder of Santa Ana Professional Services.  As an Enrolled Agent, she has been preparing tax returns and representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board (State of California) in the Orange County area for over 25 years.  As a first generation immigrant, she is familiar with the needs of the community and has developed a good standing with her diverse clientele.  Her skill, expertise and passion have been the foundation of her work.  In her free time, Teresa enjoys reading, staying active by taking sports classes and spending time with her two sons and family.

Carmina joined the Santa Ana Professional Services team in 2019. She is a registered tax preparer through CTEC and obtained her license in 2019. Carmina is proud of creating a personal emotional connection with her clients, whether they’re new or repeating. In her spare time, Carmina enjoys spending time with her family and managing her balloon décor business.

Hello, I am Elsa Saldana- Garibay, I have had my CTEC Tax preparation license since 2009, my Real Estate License since 2007 and became a Notary Public in 2006. Working at a family business is something I’m very passionate about and building relationships with our clients is what makes us different and something I’m very proud of. On my free time, I volunteer at my children’s school as Vice President of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and also volunteer as a Troop leader for the Girl Scouts of Orange County.

Briseyda is an experienced and empathetic receptionist. She has been working with our community for over 15 years.  Driven by her dedication, she takes pride in providing the best possible service to our clients by welcoming them and providing them with the resources and support they need.

Vanessa is a dedicated Tax Preparer with 7 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. A registered tax preparer through CTEC since 2018, she specializes in tax preparation and bookkeeping. Passionate about helping clients achieve financial clarity, Vanessa thrives during tax season, her favorite time of the year. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her three sons, from hiking to rollerblading.
